Small firm to corporate accounting?

Hello,

I’m currently working with a small firm in the southern part of the country. The culture is fun and relaxed, but the work is kind of boring (since we have small no name clients, the work is kind of dull), but I have an interview for a corporate gig, and I’d receive a 22% pay raise, plus flex time scheduling. They haven’t yet disclosed how many hours I’d be working.

My question is, should I move forward with this gig if I get the offer? Is a 22% raise good? I’ve done some research on the company, and they have good reviews. But it’s hard to tell how it’s going to be without actually being there
