It looks like we’re going to be doing some copy/paste magic on our audit opinions for issuers. It looks like most of the changes are fairly minor (like moving the opinion firstĀ and adding the auditor’s tenure with the client to the letter). What about this critical audit matter stuff? Do you think it’s going to make investorsĀ nervous if we start airing the clients “challenging, subjective, or complex” issues on the face of the statement?
