Here’s Your Open Thread for KPMG Compensation Discussions (2018)

So we might be a little late on this one, but who cares? Obviously you guys don’t, you’ve all but given up on these open threads come comp time. As such, this may be our last open thread of comp season, not just for this year but for good. It sucks we have to go out with a whimper like KPMG rather than a bang like Deloitte, but don’t look at us, we don’t make Big 4 compensation schedules.

Historically, KPMG is always the last of the Big 4 to partake in comp discussions [cue last-place losers joke here], and as far as we know this year is no exception. As we did with the Big 3 leading up to this, we crunched last year’s KPMG compensation discussion for the following infographic. We were actually impressed with some of KPMG’s raises, especially if you ignore the few folks who reported 0s.

  • Position, promotion (if applicable)
  • City (preferred) or region
  • Line of Service
  • % Raise
  • % Bonus (if any)
  • Old & New Base

And if you don’t? Who cares.
