Big 4 accountants or auditors with ADHD?

This is a really honest account of Big 4 audit stress aggrevated by ADHD. 

I have ADHD and have also worked in Big 4 audit, it is frustrating because you have the qualifications but paying attention on the job is next to impossible. 

Has anyone passed the CPA exam and managed to find a niche or area within accounting where ADHD is not such a deficit?

Possibly cost accounting or management accounting is more ADHD friendly than audit or tax compliance.
