Following up on the Ernst & Young chargeability goals we published earlier this week, now we bring you Deloitte's goals for "2012" sent to us, second-hand, from a trusted source:
Staff – minimum of 1,900
Manager – 1,700
Senior Manager – 1,600
However, after farming the comments on the E&Y post, here are some "Green Dot Goals" that differ slightly:
Whichever scale you use, when compared these to the E&Y goals, they are virtually identical. The FY '13 targets are a little more in line with E&Y, hence probably more accurate. We wouldn't expect any of the Big 4/second tier firms to be wildly different from each other.
