Is an accent a problem for a full time offer?

Hello,

I'm interning at one of the Big 4 firms this summer and I know that pretty much all you have to do is be nice, have a good attitude, and make sure people like you. I have an accent and I guess that keeps me from having the best communication skills. You can understand me, but my accent is pretty noticable. Do you guys think it can keep me from getting the offer?

Also, when they send you to get coffee or dinner, is it somewhere close? I was planning on carpooling with a friend, so I won't be able to drive anywhere while at work.

Thanks for any input!!
