Who’s #AuditorProud?

So here's a thing that is happening tomorrow:

This whole thing is being spearheaded by the Center for Audit Quality who put out a fact sheet for anyone who's not familiar with how social media works.

From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET, the CAQ, its members, and partners will take to the social media using the hashtag #AuditorProud to share messages about the value of a career in the profession and why they chose to be an auditor. Individual auditors also can share CAQ fact sheets, infographics, videos, and memes with their social networks.

[…]

On December 10th, post status updates, upload videos, share related links, or post a photo of auditors in action. Retweet or share content from the CAQ and participating partners. Be sure to tag fellow auditors in your posts to encourage them to support the effort.

At the end of your posts, encourage your followers and fellow auditors to share their own stories. Use the attached #AuditorProud sign to share a message about
why you chose and enjoy your career in auditing. Include your name, college/university attended, and #AuditorProud hashtag.

Have fun!

Personally speaking, I can't recall any #AuditorProud moments in my former career other than those brief stretches where I managed to fill out my timesheet on a daily basis rather than the day it was due. Oh! And there was this one time when I didn't go over budget on an engagement. That made my manager pretty happy.

For those of you who are still in the game (or simply have fonder memories of it), I'm sure you have #AuditorProud stories that you can share here to warm up for the big day tomorrow.
