You almost get the sense that ol' Sandy is wagging a finger at Mitt and saying, "A real Michigan man offers up twelve years of tax returns. But in your case, I'll settle for ten."
Rep. Sander Levin, D-Mich., the ranking Democratic member of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, plans to introduce legislation that would require Presidential candidates to make public 10 years of tax returns and disclose any overseas accounts. […] “The stunning lack of transparency from someone in pursuit of the highest office in the country highlights the need to change the law to require fuller disclosure,” Levin said in a statement. “For decades, presidential candidates have voluntarily provided a thorough accounting of their tax returns and finances, as they should. But we clearly cannot continue to rely solely on the willingness of a candidate to disclose fully what the public has a right to know about the candidate’s financial record.”
"Your father…now there's a Michigan man."
