Deloitte, staffers claim Booz Allen lawsuit is an attempt to 'punish former employees' for seeking 'greener pastures' Among other things, Deloitte and its employees, which joined the firm from Booz Allen a couple years ago, said in an Aug. 1 filing with the U.S. District Court in New Jersey that allegations made by McLean-based Booz Allen in an amended complaint fail to identify any specific client or business opportunity that it lost on account of Deloitte’s alleged conduct.
