CFP good to get?

Currently I’m working in the tax department of a mid tier firm and I want to try to get to the big 4 as an experienced hire in a couple years. I’ve been looking into ways to make myself more valuable on the job market and I did a little research on becoming a CFP after I’m a CPA. A lot of people say an MST (don’t have a MAcc, double majored in accounting and finance) would be the way to go but I really don’t want to spend tens of thousands or dollars and go back to school if I can avoid it.

Would the CFP designation help me get an experienced associate/senior associate with the big 4 in a couple years? Would it be a good title to get in general?
