Big D is the now officially in the toilet frozen pay camp, as we have received a tip that senior associates in the Northeast region will not receive raises this year. On the less-bleak side, B. Salz and his fellow partners are doling out bonuses out of 2.2% pool which will probably amount to barely enough to pay for one night of your now three day drinking binge.

i too think the success of this blog is contingent on tips/rumors/suggestions. i know more will be coming with raises/bonuses (or lack thereof) around the corner for most big four.

I just found out from my best friend who was promoted to Manager at the Mclean office that the new manager salary is $67,000 which is a 5% increase.. UNBELIEVABLE! you have managers paid just $2K more than a first year senior.. the big four is retarded! They wonder why the best and brightest leave. People aren’t indentured servants and shouldn’t have to work for free, especially when they are billing at a blended rate of like $185..
