Don’t slam on webcasts. They are brilliant. I used to multi-task during them, you know, pay bills, surf the internet, look for other jobs, etc., all while appearing to be busy.

Lets get past money for a second, and look at the latest shit show directive from Uncle Ernie. So, in Boston, every year we have a corporate volunteering event with the United Way. One of the nice ways to give back to the community. This year we get a nice email saying its cancelled because it conflicts with a webcast. Are you fucking kidding me? A webcast is more important than canceling on the United Way? great morale booster…
